Why is the creator of Islam called Allah only in Arabic?

 People of different different religions live in this universe, and everyone practices their religion. for the same purpose, to be a man of honor or honor to the Creator. People of all religions call the Creator a different name. Some say Boghban, some say God in English and many more.
But in Islam, why is the creator called الله in Arabic? 
Since الله,Boghban , God these words mean the same  creator. But why the people of Islam do not say anything other than just call God?

The reason why Islam is called الله in Arabic or in prayers, is given in  Arabic

You see that the Boghban name is a little broken at first,

    Bo+ gh + ba + n = Boghban

Boghban first removes the word Bo What is the meaning of the Creator?
 Of course not.

Now, Boghban from the word of  gh what is removed,  what is the meaning of the word, the Creator?
Of course not.

Now, from the word of Boghban   'n'  what is removed, what is the meaning of the word, the Creator?
 Of course not


Now what is G removed from God is what is meant by od what is meant by him?
Of course not.

Now what is d removed from God is what is meant by Go what is meant by him?
Of course not.

This time I wrote  ُالّله Arabic
Now I have removed ا from the   word الله  meaning لله because الله is the name of inside it.

Again, I have removed ل from the word ُُُُُُُُُُُُُُُُٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓٓ  الله, meaning له because الله is the name of inside it.

Again, I have removed الل from the word الله, meaning  ُه because الله is the name of inside it.

Again, I have removed لله from the word الله, meaning  ُ   ا because الله is the name of inside it.

This is why the people of Islam say الُله in Arabic. No Hindu-Buddhist-Christian religion is meant to hurt people.
There are many other reasons for this, of which I have presented only two reasons.
