Akshay Kumar's real name is Rajiv Bhatia. He was born in Amritsar, Punjab He spent his childhood in Delhi. He did not have much interest in studies so he dropped out after 12th. Akshay has been very interested in sports since childhood so he went to the Bangkok for martial arts training.
And there he worked for Cypress to run his own expenses and he did a few more small things. From there he moved to Kolkata and worked in a travel agency. He then moved to Mumbai from there and there he started selling jewelery. And he used to take them from Delhi and sell them there. And until then he had done nothing permanent. He had no idea that he would make money by doing the job, big or small
In Mumbai he sells jewelery and in the afternoon he gives martial arts training to some students and one of these students was a student photographer and that student asked Akshay Kumar to do the modeling and gave him his name for the modeling project. And in this modeling project Akshay was selected and within two days he completed the modeling suit and for this job he got 20 thousand rupees.
Akshay started thinking that in this job he would determine his own life and then he did a lot of small modeling. Once she was supposed to go to Bangalore for modeling but the day she was supposed to go missed her flight and she was very sad. Because a big project goes out of his hands. But his father explained to him that whatever happens happens for the better. And that same afternoon she went to Natraj Studios with her portfolio, and one was working as a makeup artist there and she showed Mr. Promod Chakraborty about Akshay Kumar's portfolio. Promod Chakraborty was very pleased to see Akshay's picture and asked him to come inside, and said will you do a little work in my picture? Akshay said yes without delay. Promod Chakraborty immediately gave Akshay Kumar a sign-in of Rs 5,000 and took him in his picture.
He then went on to do an acting course to develop acting skills in 1990. After that he got a small offer in the film Aaj and he had a role of only seven seconds in this film. And the name of the hero of this film was Akshay and this name is very much liked by Akshay Kumar and at that time he changed his name from Rajiv Bhatia to Akshay Kumar. In the 1991 film Saugandh, Akshay Kumar acted as the lead actor for the first time. Then in 1992, Akshay starred in a successful film Khiladi. Since then, Akshay Kumar has never looke back.
