- From a young age, Rajkumar Rao was very interested in the film world. Rajkumar said in an interview that every Saturday and Sunday everyone would sit together in their house and watch the film. And so the Rajkumar became interested in the film world.
- Rajkumar Rao studied at the Blue Model School in Gurgaon, and during his time at school he became more interested in acting and he also participated in school plays. After completing his schooling, he completed his graduation at Atmaram Sanatan Dharma College, Delhi, University of Delhi.
- After completing his graduation, he applied for an acting course at an FII Film and Television Institute of India in Pune and was selected here. and from here he learned acting and moved to Mumbai in 2008.
- After coming to Mumbai, he had to struggle a lot, in an interview he said that he had not got any work for a long time and at that time he was working in small ads. And by doing all this, he gets Rs 10,000 per month. And some days he would not have any money.
- As soon as Rajkumar Rao worked on ads, he would go to audition for the film and he would be rejected all the time. And he used to make up his own mind that maybe one day someone will understand my talent. And this is how it is once seen in a newspaper that film director Divakar Banerjee needs an actor for his new film LSD. Upon receiving this news, he went to audition for this film and he had to audition three times and finally he became selected.
- Rajkumar Rao started his film career in 2010 with the film LSD. And his acting people in this film like him very much. Everyone knows that Rajkumar Rao was the first film LSD but many people do not know that Prince Rao played the role of a reporter in the earlier Ran film. And there was a small scene in this film where the prince became a reporter. And the Rajkumar gets 3000 rupees for this scene.
